目的

Objectives

Upon completion of the program, Participants will gain valuable experience with;

1. Establishing Empowered Teams through Team Science Principles
   チームサイエンスの原理を用いたエンパワーメントチームの確立
2. Formulating Personal and Team Mission & Vision
   個人とチームのミッションとビジョンの策定
3. Developing Leadership & Effective Communication
   リーダーシップと効果的なコミュニケーションスキルの習得
4. Applying Evidence-Based Medicine
   EBM（科学的根拠に基づく医療）の概念を応用できる
5. Designing a Personal Career Development Plan
   個人のキャリア計画を立案する
6. Learning Skills to Develop Strategies for Empowered Team.
   チームを強化するための戦略を開発するスキルを学ぶ

参加費

医師（含む病理医、放射線科医）	35,000円
看護師・薬剤師・その他のメディカルスタッフ	25,000円

登録締切日：　2022年11月11日（金曜）　2022年11月30日（水曜）に延長いたします。

※2月の開催については、交通・宿泊費は参加者ご負担となりますことを、あらかじめご了承ください。

Participation Fee (To be paid in advance)

• 35,000 yen ($330 USD) for Physicians (including pathologists and radiation oncologists),
• 25,000 yen ($230 USD) for Nurses, Pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals
