目的

Objectives

Upon completion of the program, Participants will gain valuable experience with;

科学的思考をもとにした優れた医療人および医療チームを育成することを目的に、参加者は下記の目的を達成する。

1. Establishing Effective Teams through Team Science Principles
   チームサイエンス（チーム医療を科学する）の概念を通して効果的なチームを作る手法を体得できる
2. Formulating Personal and Team Mission & Vision
   自身とチームのミッションとビジョンの創出方法を習得できる
3. Developing Leadership & Effective Communication
   リーダーシップおよび効果的なコミュニケーションを身につけることができる
4. Applying Evidence-Based Medicine
   EBM（科学的根拠に基づく医療）の概念を応用できる
5. Designing a Personal Career Development Plan
   自身のキャリア形成プランをデザインすることができる

参加費

今年は早割のシステムを導入します。

医師（含む病理医、放射線科医）	35,000円　→　28,000円（早期登録者）
看護師・薬剤師、医療統計家、 その他のメディカルスタッフ	25,000円　→　20,000円（早期登録者）

早期登録締切日：　2020年10月31日（土曜）　2020年11月7日（土曜）延長しました

Participation Fee (To be paid in advance)

This year we are starting early bird discount.

• 35,000 yen ($330 USD) for Physicians (including pathologists and radiation oncologists),→28,000 yen ($260 USD for Early registration)
• 25,000 yen ($230 USD) for Nurses, Pharmacists, Clinical statisticians and other healthcare professionals→20,000 yen ($180 USD for Early registration)
